From all I have learned in the Excel Snap Reports program, the most useful topic to me was understanding M code so I could modify it to meet my complex requirements. The support available through the Excel Snap Reports community has also had a significant impact on my work because it helps me understand how to apply the techniques to my data and my specific business cases.

All the content learned on the Excel Snap Reports program has been very useful. The lessons about merging and appending tables in Power Query came at the right time and helped me realize I could improve how I was building my queries to make them more efficient.
The Excel Snap Reports program has impacted my work by saving time and teaching me better ways to build solutions in Excel and Power Query.

The VBA content in the Excel Snap Reports program has been the most useful to me. I lacked knowledge in this area and felt little confidence in learning and using VBA in my work, and with what I learned in Celia’s training, I was able to upgrade my spreadsheets, automating more steps on my report procedures.
What I enjoy the most about the Snap Reports program is the possibility of sending questions and examples of problems that we might have in Excel. Celia's ideas and suggestions for solving them help me and other students in the community.

Knowing many Excel functions, features, and tools is not enough to automate a reporting procedure. You need to pick the right features and tools and know how to join these pieces together to automate an Excel routine.
Maybe you already took a few Excel courses, hoping to solve this issue, but somehow couldn’t figure out how to apply what you learned to your real business cases.

Many professionals spend countless hours dealing with Excel spreadsheets, running the same procedure every day, every week or every month to manually update a report or generate new statements.
It can be overwhelming, and maybe you have tried to find ways to reduce the time you have to dedicate to repeating copy & paste, copy & paste and several other manual, brainless and absolutely boring steps.
Maybe you feel anxious when the day to update your routine Excel reports approaches because it takes too much of your precious time, and you wish you could use that time to offer more value to your organization, your family or yourself.
If this is you, the Excel Snap Reports program will help you reduce the time spent on boring tasks and go home early.
You will learn how to get your recurring Excel reports updated in a snap of your fingers instead of wasting countless hours of tedious manual work.
In the past, VBA used to be the best way to automate and take care of all the heavy work. Many people still think that VBA macros are the only way to automate tasks in Excel. However, Excel has evolved tremendously in the past years, and today we have another magic tool in Excel that, for tasks related to data importation, not only does a better job than VBA but also does not require coding.
This tool only can save you up to 80% of the time that you spend updating your reports manually. If you combine this tool with other Excel features, you can automate a reporting process from end to end.
In this training, I share the method I created over the years while working as an Excel Business Solutions Developer, creating automation tools in Excel for a wide variety of
So, knowing a lot of Excel functions and features like Pivot Tables and conditional formatting, Power Query and even Power Pivot and VBA, although fundamental, might not be enough. The secret is in knowing how to put that all together.
If you apply adequate Excel tools to your reporting procedure and combine them using these techniques, you will transform hours of work into just minutes. Then, your next problem will be to figure out what to do with that free time.
